Processing Time
- Handmade items (hand-beaded keychains, bracelets, decorative pens, etc.): Please allow 3–5 business days for me to lovingly make your order before it's dispatched.
- Ready-made items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
UK Delivery
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a dispatch notification email when your order is on its way.

UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future — stay tuned!
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@sakuramoonboutique.com and we'll do our best to help.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at hello@sakuramoonboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
