Are your products handmade?
Yes! All of our jewellery and accessories are lovingly handmade in the UK. Each piece is crafted with care, so no two items are exactly alike.
How do I care for my beaded jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing. Handle with care as beads and threads can be delicate.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including glass beads, acrylic beads, rhinestones, satin ribbon, memory wire, and alloy metal charms. All materials are carefully selected for quality and appearance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please visit our Contact page to get in touch.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
